Operator will be responsible for feed manufacturing activities on the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). Candidate will lead a team of 8-10 employees to meet production, maintenance, safety and quality standards. Hands on position, requiring the ability to multitask. Position reports directly to mill management.

Duties:
- utilize software to mix and route feed
- operate pellet mills and other manufacturing equipment
- perform basic mechanical tasks including preventative maintenance
- receive bulk ingredients
- match production and bagging personnel to feed demands
Quality Control
- complete manufacturing reports for designated shift
- ensure minor ingredients are being added properly
- ensure feed drug usage is properly documented
- work with team members to maintain high quality products for our consumers
