Duties

- Provide information about products, including food safety and preparation techniques.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction regarding food quality and presentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support inventory management by assisting with packaging and food production tasks as needed.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all customer interactions.
Skills
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques is essential.
- Experience in baking, cake decorating, or culinary arts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., knives, mixers).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns proactively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and product presentation.
