Full-Time Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Established textile company in Vernon looking for candidate to fill customer service and warehouse duties position. Must pass security background check and be fluent in speaking English. Need valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and valid insurance.
Warehouse Duties
- Climbing ladders
- Cutting fabric with scissors
- Frequently lifting of 10-40 lbs fabric rolls
- Lifting, receiving and loading fabric rolls onto and from trucks, carts and pallets
- Using measuring equipment including weight scales, rulers and tape
- Data lookup and entry into computer systems
- Assisting QC and inspection of fabric
- Assisting in preparing product samples and marketing materials
- Assisting in maintaining and controlling inventory
- Ensuring cleaning equipment, tools and appliances are maintained and in good working order
- Keeping warehouse tidy, organized and safe
Customer Service Duties
- Inside/outside customer service and vendor coordination (vehicle required)
- Data entry and bookkeeping
- Prepare office documents and reports
- Handle incoming inquiries
