Responsibilities:

Perform aircraft maintenance and inspections to ensure airworthiness.

Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on complex or unusual issues.

Manage maintenance activities at field bases, including inventory and parts requests.

Ensure safety and security of company assets.
-
Complete and verify maintenance reports, ensuring compliance with FAA and company standards.

Input maintenance data into RAMCO.
-
Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.

Monitor and adjust parts inventory levels.

Maintain and calibrate tools as required.
Requirements:

High school diploma.
-
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.

2+ years of maintenance experience.

Basic communication and computer skills.
-
Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check (including lifting up to 100 lbs).

Sheet metal and/or avionics experience (for roving team).

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible/night shifts.
