Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative – English/Spanish
Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour + Commission

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our busy cell phone store. If you enjoy working with customers, have a sales mindset, and like being rewarded for your results, you’ll be a great fit for our team.
The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required to provide excellent service and support to our customers. We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company!
What You'll Do
- Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
- Proactively engage customers and build relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right wireless solutions.
- Demonstrate products and educate customers on features and services.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
- Support daily store operations and work effectively as part of the team.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred — wireless experience is even better!
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to read and write in English as needed to perform job duties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, proactive, dependable, and motivated to succeed.
- Coachable and eager to learn, improve, and grow.
