Fast paced locally owned breakfast and lunch restaurant looking for an experienced Server to join our team.
Typical server earnings are approximately $150–$250 per shift, depending on business volume, section and performance.
No nights. No dinner shifts. We are open from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, making this a great opportunity for an experienced server who wants strong earning potential without late-night restaurant hours.
Schedule & Availability
- Approximately 3–4 shifts per week
- Day shifts only
- Restaurant hours: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
- Holiday availability is required
- Must have some flexibility to come in on short notice when needed
- Short-notice coverage is rare, but we are looking for dependable team members who can help when an unexpected call-out occurs
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant serving experience required
- Breakfast, brunch or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Friendly, outgoing and professional with guests
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to handle multiple tables while staying organized and accurate
- Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system
- Know the menu and confidently answer guest questions
- Check on guests throughout their meal and anticipate their needs
- Pre-bus and maintain tables throughout service
- Deliver food and assist other servers when needed
- Process guest payments accurately
- Complete opening, running and closing side work
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service area
- Communicate professionally with kitchen staff, hosts, bussers and other servers
- Help the team during busy periods, not just your own section
