Service Technician / Handyman – Residential & Commercial

Full-Time | W-2 | $22–$28+ per hour based on experience
ReZpro Home Services is hiring an experienced Service Technician / Handyman to perform residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement work throughout the Tulsa area.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, well-rounded, professional, and capable of completing quality work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial repair and maintenance work
- Complete assigned service calls and projects efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot common repair and maintenance issues
- Drywall repair, patching, texturing, and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting
- General carpentry, trim, doors, cabinets, and hardware
- Flooring repairs and installation
- Fixture installation and replacement
- Punch-list and make-ready work
- Rental and property turnover repairs
- Commercial facility maintenance and repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical work within appropriate handyman scope
- Identify when specialized or licensed trades are required
- Determine materials needed to complete assigned work
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers
- Keep customers and the office informed of job progress or scope changes
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Document completed work, including job notes and photos
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of handyman, maintenance, remodeling, construction, or related experience
- Experience across multiple trades rather than a single specialty
- Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform quality work with limited supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential and commercial repair work

- Drywall repair and finishing
- Carpentry and trim work
- Painting
- Flooring
- Door and hardware installation
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Commercial or facility maintenance
- Rental property or make-ready work
- Remodeling and renovation
You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for someone with a strong overall skill set who knows how to diagnose problems, complete quality repairs, and recognize when something is outside their scope.
Compensation & Position
- $20–$28+ per hour based on experience and skill level
- Higher compensation may be available for candidates with a strong multi-trade or commercial background
