Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced import/export environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while supporting office administration, accounting, and daily operations.
Skills and Experience:
Pay: $13.25
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
(Occasional Saturdays may be required with advance notice.)
Meals are provided three times each week as a benefit.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently

Manage front desk area and keep the office area clean, tidy, and always ready to welcome visitors

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks

Support team members with administrative duties as needed

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
