About Us
Turf Sellers is a rapidly growing landscape supply and artificial turf distribution company in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team and help support daily warehouse operations.
This role includes preparing and loading customer orders, organizing inventory, cutting turf samples, receiving products, and maintaining an efficient warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, team-oriented, and ready to grow with the company.
Prior experience in the landscape supply or artificial grass industry is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Forklift experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and fulfill orders for customer pickup and delivery according to the daily schedule
- Load, pack, wrap, and label products accurately
- Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming warehouse products
- Cut turf samples and assist with material preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Optimize warehouse space and inventory organization
- Report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, drivers, and sales staff
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and warehouse regulations
Requirements
- Previous warehouse associate experience preferred
- Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods
- Forklift operating experience required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (50+ lbs)
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Landscape supply or artificial turf industry experience is a bonus

- Starting pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
