X3 is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for long-term commercial, multifamily, and industrial projects! We are looking for skilled technicians with 5+ years of experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service work
- Work on commercial, multifamily, and industrial equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience required
- Experience in commercial, multifamily, or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- 18 years or older & authorized to work in the U.S
- EPA Certification preferred
- Basic HVAC tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and on a team
