Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware are cleaned to health and safety standards
- Manually handle and organize kitchenware for cleaning or storage, adhering to proper manual handling procedures
- Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, countertops, and surrounding surfaces
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining spaces
Qualifications
- No experience required, but preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large pots, trays, or bulk supplies
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization with a proactive attitude toward maintaining hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while supporting team members in a busy setting
