Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License A Regional Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across regional routes. Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmission across regional over-the-road (OTR) routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- Ensuring cargo is secured properly in trailer for safe transportation.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel efficiency.
- Deliver freight to various locations with precision, providing excellent customer service during drop-offs and pickups.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, inspections, load & unload activities, and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery driving within regional areas.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and safety standards for truck loading/unloading.
- Skilled in GPS navigation systems and logistics cargo handling techniques for efficient route planning.
- Ability to handle manual transmission trucks.
- Experience with automobile transportation or over-the-road (OTR) driving routes is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols with a focus on truck driving best practices for delivering freight securely and on time.

Pay: $2,440.91 - $2,939.59 per week
