Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate
Location: Baldwin Park, CA 91706 (In-Person Only)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$21 per hour, based on experience and reliability

We are a growing e-commerce company operating two consumer brands:
Stash Proof – Premium vacuum seal bags, smell-proof bags, and storage products.
Audio Icon – Recording accessories and creator-focused products for musicians, podcasters, streamers, and content creators.
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support warehouse
operations, inventory organization, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Position Overview
As our E-Commerce & Fulfillment Associate, you will help ensure inventory is organized, orders are shipped accurately, and incoming products are received and processed efficiently.
This position involves standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and moving inventory throughout the workday. Accuracy, organization, and reliability are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Verify product quantities and SKUs before shipment
- Prepare shipping labels and packing slips
- Maintain accurate order records
- Help ensure orders are shipped on time
Inventory Management
- Receive and verify incoming inventory
- Organize warehouse inventory and storage locations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products
- Restock inventory as needed
Amazon FBA Preparation
- Label and prepare products for Amazon FBA shipments
- Verify shipment quantities and packaging requirements
- Assist with pallet preparation and shipment organization
- Help maintain Amazon packaging and labeling standards
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Support general warehouse and operational projects
- Help improve warehouse organization and efficiency
Quality Control
- Inspect products before shipment
- Verify packaging accuracy
- Identify damaged products or fulfillment errors
- Help maintain high shipping accuracy standards
Customer Returns
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Inspect returned products
- Help maintain accurate inventory records for returned items
Qualifications
Required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 55 pounds
- Basic computer skills (word, adobe, google docs, excel,canvas)
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Preferred
- E-commerce, Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience
- Amazon FBA preparation experience
- Shopify shipping experience
- Forklift experience or certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate web-based software and online portals
- Ability to enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory and shipment data
- Experience using shipping platforms such as ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, USPS, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar software
- Experience with inventory counts and stock organization
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment

Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Maintain high order accuracy
- Process orders efficiently and on time
- Keep inventory organized and accessible
- Support Amazon FBA shipment preparation
- Reduce inventory discrepancies and fulfillment errors
- Contribute to a clean and efficient warehouse environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience
