Any required additional training will be covered upon hiring.
Job Duties Include:
- Meet clients to understand their needs.
- Generate and follow up on project leads.
- Prepare project estimates.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Install low-voltage network cabling.
- Install and configure surveillance cameras.
- Install and configure paging systems.
- Organize, document, label materials, and work.
- Coordinate work with team members and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems.
- Ability to learn new systems and obtain relevant certifications.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to meet deadlines and schedule requirements.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Proficiency with network testers and certification equipment.
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience as an installer or in an IT related field desired.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $52,000.
- 3% commission on generated projects.
