Responsibilities
- Operate a state of the art pulp molding machine
- Monitor machine performance throughout the shift, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication and packaging as needed.
- Follow safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production data accurately and communicate any operational concerns or machine issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus but not a requirement, we will train.
- Experience with safety standards, materials handling (including forklift operation), assembly line processes, and packaging procedures a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
