We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Lead and manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff across various departments, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain operational integrity.
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
- Maintain effective communication with staff through regular meetings and updates.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations; experience in a resort setting is a plus.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising diverse teams.
- Proficient in revenue management techniques and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with phone systems and night audit procedures is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
