Navy Yard-based law firm with 10+ attorneys seeks full time associate attorney to assist with practice providing general outside counsel services to a broad range of quasi-governmental, corporate and non-profit clients. Minimum two years of experience. For the first 6-12 months this position will require 3 days in the office per week with the possibility of fully remote in the future. Required: excellent references, strong research and writing skills, and ability to effectively and successfully manage client relationships. Ideal candidates will have background at a major national or regional law firm, in-house or in a government role with significant responsibility, and experience in two or more of the following areas: contracts, litigation, advertising/marketing, food labeling, agriculture, non-profit, labor & employment, corporate governance/transactions, drafting regulations.
