Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our team, you don't have to be experienced as long as you have great work ethic and attitude and you're punctual. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient order management, and a keen eye for detail. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, food safety, and guest satisfaction. Tip Avg $150~$200 per day. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Support sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations to uphold food safety standards
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
