About the Role
Are you a licensed therapist in California looking for a flexible, meaningful opportunity to mentor the next generation of clinicians? Absolute Wellness Center is a faith-based organization seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision to associate therapists working toward full licensure. Our organization primarily serves veterans, while also supporting a broader client population.
Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists pursuing licensure.

Support associates in developing strong clinical skills, confidence, and professional growth.

Offer guidance on law and ethics as clinical issues arise.

Assist associates with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and appropriate interventions.

Provide support in crisis situations and high-acuity cases.

Mentor associates in the use of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, trauma-focused approaches, and other evidence-based practices.

Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages excellence in client care.
Requirements:

Fully licensed in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Licensed for a minimum of 2 years.

Completion of required California BBS-approved clinical supervisor training/CEUs.

Strong knowledge of law and ethics.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting pre-licensed clinicians.
