Job Summary
We are seeking a PC Technician/IT Support professional for a contract/temporary opportunity in Chattanooga, TN, within a healthcare services environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on desktop support specialist who enjoys configuring hardware, supporting end users, maintaining computer assets, and contributing to reliable IT operations.
The PC Technician/IT Support role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative IT team in a mission-driven healthcare setting where dependable technology directly supports business and patient-care operations. Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deliver, install, and support PCs, laptops, peripherals, and corporate standard software.
- Build, maintain, and update standard computer images for desktop and laptop deployments.
- Track computer inventory, components, leased equipment returns, and equipment prepared for donation or disposal.
- Provide backup end-user support for PC support specialists under guidance and direction.
- Support the development and maintenance of PC-related policies, procedures, and standards aligned with IT best practices.
- Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions according to corporate standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20 to $25 per hour.
