What You’ll Do
- Operate multiple foam swab production machines
- Perform pull tests and quality checks as required
- Maintain lot control and accurately label cartons
- Perform die cleaning and complete production logs
- Make minor machine adjustments (including temperature settings)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all clean room procedures and quality standards
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate multiple machines
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages)
- Experience using basic electrical or mechanical measuring tools
- Basic data entry or computer skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Compensation
- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and shift
