- Active VT RN License
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care (SNF)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as an RN Registered Nurse and lead overnight operations
- Supervise and support nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
- Respond to clinical changes and emergency situations
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Administer medications and follow physician orders
- Act as the primary point of contact during overnight hours
- Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse
- $53/hour + shift differential
- Work only 2 nights per week
