What You’ll Do
- Own the guest experience at Chula’s — anticipate needs before they’re spoken
- Greet every guest promptly with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Enter orders accurately into our handheld POS system
- Elevate the experience through thoughtful, suggestive food and beverage recommendations
- Prepare beverages with precision, consistency, and pride
- Use proper glassware and ensure all ingredients and garnishes are fresh
- Maintain liquor inventory and keep the bar fully stocked and fiesta-ready
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Serve alcohol responsibly — card correctly and recognize signs of intoxication
- Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work duties
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management
- Maintain proper uniform standards and personal presentation
- Bring integrity, professionalism, and a contagious positive attitude to every shift

- Solid beer, liquor, and wine knowledge — with a desire to expand your expertise

Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
OR
- 3+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant

Compensation
- Starting wage: $11.41/hour + Tips
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
