Duties
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and production documents to accurately follow assembly instructions.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math techniques to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Conduct quality checks with measuring instruments and verify dimensions against blueprint requirements.
- Handle manual tasks including component placement, fastening, soldering, and fitting parts together with care and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and meet production deadlines.
