If you’re a CNA who:
Has answered 47 call lights at once
Knows residents better than anyone (including their coffee order)
Can spot a change in condition from across the hall
Has ever thought, “If CNAs ran this place, it’d be flawless”
First of all — facts.
Second — we need you here.
Where CNAs are respected, supported, and treated like the backbone of the building — because you are.
We’re looking for CNAs with SNF experience (or strong interest) who work hard, care deeply, and have a sense of humor strong enough to survive healthcare.
You’ll be:
Providing hands-on care with dignity and compassion
Supporting residents with ADLs, mobility, and comfort
Working with nurses who actually appreciate CNAs
Being heard when you speak up (yes, really)
Making a difference every single shift — even when it’s chaos
No “just a CNA” nonsense.
No being ignored.
No unsafe staffing shrugged off as normal.
To work as a CNA in a Colorado SNF, you must have:
Active Colorado CNA certification
Be listed in good standing on the Colorado Nurse Aide Registry
Experience in (or willingness to learn) skilled nursing care
A strong back, a stronger heart, and at least some caffeine tolerance
A strong, supportive culture (not just words on a poster)
An incredible NHA who respects nursing and support staff
Nurses who know CNAs are essential — not optional
Leadership that backs you up
Coworkers who laugh with you when things get wild
Yes, humor is allowed. Encouraged. Sometimes necessary.
Care deeply about residents
Want respect, not lip service
Believe teamwork makes hard shifts survivable
Love being a CNA but hate being treated like you’re disposable
We’re moving to a consistent block schedule designed to provide more predictability, balance, and time for the things that matter outside of work.
? 12-Hour Shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- ️ Sunday – Tuesday
- ️ Thursday – Saturday
With our block schedule, you’ll enjoy a more consistent routine, fewer schedule changes, and more opportunities to plan your personal time while continuing to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Because we know healthcare is demanding — and having a schedule you can count on makes a difference.
