Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a growing group of companies involved in real estate development, construction, and automotive operations.
This position is much more than a traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate will serve as the CEO's right hand, helping manage daily priorities, communications, schedules, meetings, and business initiatives across multiple organizations.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, manage emails, prepare daily schedules and briefing notes, attend meetings when needed, take notes and track action items, follow up on projects, coordinate communications, organize documents, assist with special projects, and proactively solve problems.
Qualifications
Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager or similar experience preferred.
Strong organization, communication, confidentiality, Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation
