Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various client locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet our company standards. This is a contracted position. You will be considered a 1099 contractor.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain consistency and quality across all jobs
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs or special requests
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and climbing stairs if necessary
- Reliable transportation is a plus for reaching various job sites
- A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential qualities for success in this role
1099 Expectations
- This position is for a 1099 contractor
- As a contractor you are expected to withhold and pay your own taxes
- No W2 withholding will take place
- Pay is hourly based, you will be expected to submit a pay request weekly
