Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented person who doesn't mind a full day of physical work. Painting skills not required, but experience in skilled labor would be a plus. Experience with drywall repair and texturing would be excellent. The ideal candidate will be able to learn new skills and processes quickly and be ready to contribute to our team in a short period of time. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, both interior and exterior projects and both commercial and residential properties. Candidates should be committed to safety, quality workmanship, and efficient project completion.
We are seeking at least 1 Year Round, Full-Time (40 hour) team member
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by covering, cleaning, sanding, caulking and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, or other equipment.
- Replace damaged drywall, taping & mudding seams and cracks. Replacing wall texture to match existing.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
Qualifications
- A current valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
- Some heavy lifting and strenuous, repetitive motion is a part of the job. Candidates must have the physical strength and dexterity for the job.
- Some of our contracts require background checks, so a clear background check is required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship standards.

Pay is dependent on Experience/Skills. Experience & Additional Skill Sets would be rewarded with a higher pay rate.
