As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for business accounts and customers seeking lower energy costs and improved service options. You will conduct energy and utility assessments, review current usage, explain available savings opportunities, and guide customers through the enrollment process with professionalism and confidence. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Assist business owners and customers by presenting energy sales solutions that can help reduce monthly utility costs.
- Conduct accurate evaluations of current energy usage and billing to identify potential savings opportunities for businesses.
- Process customer enrollments and maintain account accuracy throughout the service setup process.
- Clearly explain available cost-saving programs, sales pricing, and service expectations.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer's energy needs and goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote sales satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all account information is up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
- Ability to explain products and services in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
