Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! This position combines exceptional customer service with sales and customer relationship building.
In this role, you will communicate directly with new and existing customers, assist with product and service questions, identify customer needs, and present solutions that provide value. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, enjoys working toward goals, and thrives in a positive, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while creating a positive experience for every customer
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers in person and through other communication channels
- Answer questions regarding company products, services, promotions, and customer accounts
- Build relationships with customers by identifying their individual needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Assist with sales presentations, product education, and customer demonstrations
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers and sales leads
- Schedule appointments and introduce available products or services
- Support company sales goals by confidently presenting solutions and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and identify additional service or sales opportunities
- Assist with customer questions and concerns
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Process customer transactions and payments accurately when required
- Work collaboratively with customer service, sales, and management teams to achieve individual and company goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or client-facing positions is preferred, but not necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products or services
- Motivated by goals and able to work in a results-oriented environment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed

Pay: $750.00 - $1,600.00 per week
