For all you car junkies out there. Auto City is looking for someone with experience to run the parts department at our make-ready facility. Applicant must have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and legal to work in the U.S.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technicians with the correct part for vehicle
- Locate and receive shipment of parts
- Receive parts into inventory
- Maintain the parts inventory for neatness and accuracy
- Control service supplies to minimize waste
- Return incorrect/defective parts to vendor
- Obtain part invoices and credit invoices for accounting on daily basis
- Keep up-to-date information on the status spreadshhet
- Good computer knowledge, ie.. Microsoft, Internet parts searching.
