What You'll DoCommunity Outreach & Partnership Development
You'll become one of the faces of Precision Pilates.
You'll build relationships with:
- Local businesses
- Physicians and healthcare providers
- Physical therapy offices
- Fitness and wellness professionals
- Schools and community organizations
- Chambers of Commerce and networking groups
You'll:
- Represent Precision Pilates at networking events, health fairs, farmers markets, festivals, and community events.
- Develop partnerships that increase studio visibility and generate referrals.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including cross-promotions, flyer distribution, and business-to-business outreach.
- Build and manage referral relationships with local businesses and existing members.
Membership Sales & Client Success
When someone reaches out to us, you'll help create an exceptional first impression.
You'll:
- Welcome prospective members.
- Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations.
- Learn about each person's goals and recommend the best program for their needs.
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
- Help prospective clients become long-term members.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and sales systems.
- Help achieve monthly membership, referral, and retail goals.

Member Experience & Studio Support
Great studios aren't built on equipment. They're built on relationships.
You'll help create the warm, welcoming environment Precision Pilates is known for by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assisting members with scheduling, questions, and account needs.
- Encouraging long-term engagement through personalized communication.
- Supporting front desk operations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Naturally outgoing and enjoys talking with people.
- Positive, professional, and dependable.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.
- Comfortable networking and representing our studio throughout the community.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident making phone calls and following up with leads.
- Goal-oriented without being pushy.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (or willing to learn).
Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, community outreach, or wellness is a plus, but your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn matter most.
Reliable transportation is required, as this role includes visiting local businesses and community events.
