Overview
NorthWoods Home Health is seeking a motivated Home Care Sales Representative to help expand our home care services throughout the Twin Cities area.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys networking, building relationships, and connecting families with quality in-home care solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently create opportunities, develop referral relationships, and help families find reliable care options for their loved ones.
This role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding home care company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new home care client opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients, families, and community members
- Develop referral partnerships with senior communities, healthcare professionals, and local organizations
- Network throughout the Twin Cities to increase awareness of Northwoods Home Health
- Educate families on available home care services and support options
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Represent NorthWoods Home Health professionally within the community
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Sales, healthcare, home care, business development, or customer relationship experience preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage your own schedule and create new opportunities
Compensation
- 100% commission-based position
- Uncapped earning potential
- Estimated earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per month based on performance
- Commission structure discussed during interview
