Duties
- Customer Engagement: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide engaging product demonstrations, and recommend items that enhance their Chevignon experience.
- Efficient Sales Transactions: Operate POS systems seamlessly to process transactions, manage cash, and issue receipts, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our guests.
- Visual Merchandising: Stock shelves and merchandise displays, maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects Chevignon's brand aesthetics.
- Upselling Techniques: Conduct upselling to boost sales and effectively promote current store promotions or new arrivals.
- Store Standards: Uphold high merchandising standards while keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels through regular stocking and inventory checks.
- Outstanding Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing customer questions with professionalism and courtesy, embodying Chevignon's dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Cashiering Duties: Assist with cashiering responsibilities, utilizing basic math skills and ensuring efficient and friendly interactions on the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience specifically in Apparel/Fashion Retailer.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling will be beneficial.
- A background in product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies is an advantage.
- Bilingual skills are highly sought after to meet the diverse needs of our customer base.
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential for effective engagement.
