We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Costco Roadshows to lead a large-scale, national in-store demo program. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving execution excellence, team performance, and operational success across Costco locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 140+ in-store demo representatives

Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance

Oversee end-to-end execution of Costco roadshow/demo activities

Manage operations, logistics, and scheduling across multiple locations

Drive accountability, engagement, and results within the field team
Qualifications:

Proven track record leading large-scale field sales or retail teams

Direct experience working with Costco (required)

Strong expertise in operations, logistics, and team development

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
