Position Details:
Type: Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Omaha
Pay: Up to $19/hour + Commission Opportunities
Job Duties:
- Engage prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and conduct engaging property tours
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media support
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the showing process
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in scheduling systems
- Guide applicants through the leasing and onboarding process
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Marketing or social media experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
