Responsibilities

- Utilize child development instruction techniques to support individual learning styles and developmental milestones.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently, maintaining organized lesson plans and adapting strategies as needed for diverse learners.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school connections.
- Apply behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts constructively.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children across early childhood settings, including preschool and daycare environments.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and childhood development principles.
- Proficiency in lesson planning
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrative staff.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies; knowledge of child welfare policies is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
