Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning
- Identify, track, and help remove impediments that affect team performance and delivery
- Use Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to support analysis, automation, reporting, and decision-making
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics for stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams on implementation, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Support Agile transformation efforts through training, coaching, and practical guidance
- Bridge communication between business, product, and technical stakeholders
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, software engineering, or technology delivery teams
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM preferred
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Strong Excel analytical skills for data, metrics, and reporting
- Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity and workflow
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
Other Skills:
- Coding skills in one or more languages or scripting environments
- Additional Agile-related certifications
- Experience building presentations and executive-ready status reporting
