Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances, HVAC units, and mechanical systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct detailed inspections of equipment to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead or collaborate with team members during complex repairs or installations to ensure quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize Snapfix to manage repairs and preventative maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation, maintenance, and repair across various brands and models.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for mechanical systems used in construction or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly.
- Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork or supervision during maintenance projects.
