DOOR TECHNICIAN

$17.00 - $24.35/hr + Overtime
B&A Doors is looking for experienced Door Technicians to join our growing team. We work on residential, commercial, and industrial doors including garage doors, roll-up doors, storefront doors, fire doors, gates, and access systems.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Door experience preferred
- Mechanical experience is a plus
- Spanish speaking highly preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties:
- Install and repair garage doors and openers
- Service residential, commercial, and industrial doors
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Complete service paperwork and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Occasional Saturdays as needed
Rotating on-call schedule
