Full-Time House Manager
Location: West Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends with advance notice)
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, based on experience
House Manager Wanted for Busy Family of Four
We are a warm, busy family of four in West Hills looking for an exceptional full-time House Manager to become an integral part of our household. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, takes pride in maintaining a well-run home, and loves helping a family stay organized.

- You genuinely enjoy cooking and baking and are confident preparing healthy, balanced meals from scratch.
- You are highly organized and naturally keep spaces tidy and running efficiently.
- You are extremely trustworthy, dependable, and reliable.
- You are proactive, take initiative, and can anticipate the needs of a busy household without constant direction.
- You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
This role is much more than housekeeping—it’s helping manage the day-to-day operations of a busy family home.
Meal Preparation
- Prepare healthy lunches for the children each morning.
- Cook a fresh, healthy, balanced family dinner every weekday.
- Bake and prepare healthy snacks when appropriate.
- Keep healthy after-school snacks ready for the children.
Household Management
- Grocery shop and keep the refrigerator and pantry fully stocked with family favorites.
- Keep the home organized and running smoothly.
- Handle household purchases and returns.
- Sort all incoming mail, discard junk mail, and organize important documents.
- Coordinate and schedule household vendors and service providers (cleaning companies, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, vehicle detailing, repair appointments, etc.).
- Help schedule appointments and assist with general household logistics.
Children
- Occasionally pick up the children from school or activities as needed.
- Help ensure they have healthy snacks available after school.
Pets
We have two cats, one dog, and one bunny.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily dog walks.
- Feeding and caring for all pets.
- Cleaning litter boxes and other pet areas.
- Keeping pet supplies stocked and organized.
Laundry
- Wash, fold, and organize the children’s laundry weekly.
