Position Overview
The Plumbing Project Manager will oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership and expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage plumbing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.

Review and approve project designs and specifications related to plumbing systems.

Inspect plumbing work to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Prepare project documentation, including reports and budgets, and track project progress.

Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications-
Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Relevant certifications in plumbing or project management are a plus.
