Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Prior experience in a pediatric, school, or teletherapy setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in providing services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms, as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on a range of speech and language needs
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates with team members and families
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student care
