Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with established Skyland Distributing Company accounts and mutually grow our business.

This is an entry level sales position that teaches you the basics of beverage distribution.

Merchandise orders together with a team and individually in large format grocery stores in Western North Carolina.

Manage a strict time schedule and work ethic.
-
Identify opportunities for sales growth within new and existing accounts.

Work with our supplier partners to promote their products in the market.

Provides work itinerary and sales accomplishments to Merchandising Manager.
Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Valid NC Driver's License with clean driving record.

Must be able to lift boxes 40+ lbs.

Must successfully pass both a physical and a criminal background check.

Aptitude to market an extensive portfolio of brands for placement within assigned accounts.

Passionate about the wine and beer industry and a desire to constantly improve knowledge and understanding of all major wine regions, and imported, domestic and craft beers.
