We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Our restaurant specializes in takeout Italian cuisine and hand-breaded fried chicken cutlets, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality food consistently.
Responsibilities
● Prepare and cook Italian dishes and fried chicken cutlets according to recipes and quality standards.
● Set up and stock stations before service.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
● Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
● Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
● Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen cleanup as needed.
● Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Requirements
● Previous kitchen or line cook experience is required.
● Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
● Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
