Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently within 3-5 seconds

Handle all orders and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude

Operate the POS/register system accurately and manage cash handling safely

Assist kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely order delivery

Maintain cleanliness and stock at the counter, dining area, and restrooms

Open and close the restaurant as required

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently

Resolve minor guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Skills and Qualifications

Comfortable using computerized register (POS) systems

Excellent cash handling and interpersonal skills

Professional, polite, and reliable under pressure

Integrity, honesty, and accountability in all tasks

Food Handler Certification required

Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus
