Job Details — Client Services Coordinator
- Do you love dogs and enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our daycare and boarding facility.
- This role is 30–40 hours/week and includes one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Core responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets warmly; create a welcoming lobby experience
- Answer phones, reply to emails, and provide accurate service, pricing, and availability information
- Manage reservations for daycare, boarding, and enrichment programs; check pets in/out
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate client and vaccination records
- Provide daily updates or report cards at pick-up; coordinate with daycare/enrichment teams
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
- Handle client inquiries or concerns; escalate when needed
- Support retail sales, social media updates, and light cleaning tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, organized, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, animal-centered environment; dog-handling experience a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while prioritizing guest experience
- Basic computer skills (scheduling, POS, email); familiarity with pet care records preferred
- Team player who supports a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace
- We prefer a candidate who can foster strong working relationships
