Job Summary:
GreenLight ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and monitoring effective treatment using evidence-based methods for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
Conduct initial assessments
Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
Collaborate with client's treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth
Requirements:
Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
Bilingual is a plus
