As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a key role in providing skilled nursing care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

- Assist with resident admissions and discharges
- Complete accident/incident reports and follow-up investigations
- Transcribe physician orders and accurately document resident information
- Notify physicians and families as needed regarding resident status
- Review medication orders for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered
- Participate in care planning and care conferences, updating plans as needed
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all disciplines
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Learn and adapt to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems as required
- Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing Director or Administrator
- Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin
- Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Commitment to providing high-quality nursing care
