The Store Manager works directly with the General Manager in all daily business operations. The Store Manager should have experience in a supervisory role and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set store goals, foster a fun work environment, and competently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.
Store Manager Duties:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
- Manage and motivate others
- Manage and operate store when General Manager is off
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
- Supervise and train staff
- Able to draft a weekly schedule
- Able to place orders for all items needed in absence of General Manager
Job Requirements:
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 30 lbs
- Repetitive use of hand and arms
- Frequent bending, reaching and pulling items up to 30 lbs
- Daily inventories to ensure par levels are maintained
- Cash handling and cash accountability
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, and General Manager
